PowderCam Video Submission Policy

By submitting photographic or video materials, images and content to PowderCam, customers grant to PowderCam, Ltd. a perpetual non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, upload, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, post, transmit and distribute any material included in customer's images, for any and all uses and purposes without limitation, including marketing and promotional purposes, resale or any other purposes whatsoever. Customer waives to the fullest extent permitted by law any intellectual property right, copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights in the images and content of the photographic or video materials submitted to PowderCam.

By using this Web site to submit photographic or video materials, images and content to PowderCam and by accepting these terms of video submission you signify that you are over the age of 17 and that you own all right, title and interest in the materials, images and content submitted to PowderCam.

By using this Web site to submit photographic or video materials, images and content to PowderCam you agree to indemnify PowderCam and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants and employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or connected with your use of this website to submit photographic and video materials, images and content to PowderCam, and PowderCam's use of the photographic or video materials, images and content submitted by the customer.

By submitting photographic or video materials, images and content to PowderCam, the customer, for itself, any of its directors, officers, members, managers, successors and assigns and all persons claiming under them, does release and forever discharge, to the fullest extent permitted by law, PowderCam and it, agents, successors and assigns, members, principals, officers, employees and affiliates, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them, of and from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, liabilities or causes of action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which customer may claim arising from or based in whole or in part upon any act of PowderCam to use, download, upload, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, post, transmit and distribute any material included in the materials, images and content submitted by customer to PowderCam, whether such claim, act or other matter results from the negligence or other cause of PowderCam.
