With such great terrain parks, one might think that Mount Snow is best for boarders or freestyle skiers. But, since almost all of the snowboarders are at Carinthia, it means, the rest of the mountain belongs to the skiers. The Mount Snow ski area has terrain suitable for all ability types from gentle beginner’s slopes to blue cruisers and some black-diamonds making it a great family resort.
The black diamonds at Mount Snow are not the most challenging runs, but still enjoyable. Mount Snow is also known for having great snow making coverage, excellent grooming operations and modern facilities. The resort has spent a considerable sum on improving lift operations. Mount Snow boasts a high speed detachable six passenger bubble lift; the Bluebird Express which is very nice on those cold windy days.
